Refund & Returns Policy

At Baymont Nutrition Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights to return goods and receive a refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As a consumer purchasing goods at a distance (online or by telephone), you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 calendar days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate) receives the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by email) before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

2. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which you communicated your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

  • Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging where possible.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
  • We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on return.

3. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 calendar days after we receive the goods back from you; or
  • 14 calendar days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier).

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (or an agreed alternative), without any fees. As our products are sold on a pay-on-delivery basis, refunds will be made by bank transfer or such other method as we agree with you.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, or repair or replacement thereafter. Please contact us promptly at info@clearingprpower.world with details and, where possible, photographs of any damage.

5. Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been clearly personalised.
  • Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes and have been unsealed after delivery - opened sachets or boxes cannot be returned on this basis.

If you have opened or used the product, we will assess returns on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline refund of opened goods outside of a statutory fault claim.
